Yoga Is For Everyone!

Yoga is a feeling, mostly a good, calming, maybe energising or relaxing one but yoga can also help us deal with grief, anger and stress.

Feelings are very personal to the person feeling it. So is every yoga class.

Yoga isn’t just for calm people, yoga helps us find our calm, it gifts us those tools, to take with us throughout our life, it reminds us to use them and doing so helps us to find balance on and off the mat.  Yoga is so much more than moving your body, it’s a way of life.

Yoga can be practiced anywhere.

Yoga is a journey home to yourself

Through years of experience and lifelong love of learning, my passion and enthusiasm for yoga is apparent in all of my classes. Every class I teach, I am constantly evolving as a yoga teacher and a student of life. I am eternally grateful that this is my job.

I wasn’t sure about yoga. Didn’t you have to be calm to do yoga?

I fell in love with yoga when I stepped on the mat, after a few weeks of consistent practice, when the noise in my mind silenced, something that rarely happens thanks to my ADHD, a sense of peace, of coming home to myself of finally feeling I was good enough washed over me and when I stepped off the mat those feelings came with me.

Yoga means to Unite

"To unite the breath, the body, the mind, the soul. To unite communities, to create friendships. Yoga reminds us we are all one."
